myC&C app, introduced in August 2018, moves us closer to our customers. With the launch of the app, Cycle & Carriage can serve our car owners better as aftersales services and processes are streamlined and more accessible than ever.
App users have access to useful information such as the car IU number, chassis number, warranty expiry and service centre locations. Car owners have the ability to manage multiple cars within the app as it provides an overview of all vehicles purchased with Cycle & Carriage. Besides tracking service credits and service plans/packages, myC&C allow easy booking and managing of service appointments. The app offers car care tips, exclusive offers, events and updates, and also makes it convenient for customers to contact us or provide feedback.
The app is currently available in Singapore, with plans to roll out regionally.
