On 25 January 2019, Cycle & Carriage Singapore’s Mercedes-Benz Service Center has bagged the top Service Excellence Award for 2019, their 9th win since 2005. Mercedes-Benz Service Center won with an impressive score of 87.1 for the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). In addition to this win, four service advisors across Cycle & Carriage Singapore were awarded “Top Service Advisor”.
