My wife and I will like to express my thanks to Jessie Choo, in our purchase of a Grand C4 SpaceTourer 1.2. We had met her on 1st of January and at first, did not had an urgent need to buy a new car as our Toyota Wish was only about 2+ years. We also came with our family of 3 boys aged 10, 8 and 2+ and they were a handful and we did not expect to stay long.

Jessie did the following

1. Was very patient in explaining the car features in the showroom to us, despite the 3 monkeys running and climbing about all over the showroom cars.
2. During the test drive, shared the features again and we even went for a test drive twice within 3 hours while we were making up our minds. She also helped my wife feel at ease as she needed to breastfeed the youngest and she went out of her way to recommend a place for her.
3. For the financing scheme, again, was very clear and this made us commit to buying the car on the same day, 1st Jan. She also helped us by ensuring we got the best deal possible for our Wish selling price.
4. She also walked us through the colour scheme of the car and told us what looks good, and after collecting the car, Gris Artense looks a fantastic choice. 5.
5. My wife and I set up a what app group chat with Jessie and she discuss/shared/ensured that we got our questions answered promptly 6.
6. On 26th Jan, while we collected our car at Pandan Gardens, she was very patient and clear in explaining the car features. Even today, on 27th Jan, I had questions on the directional headlights and she called me to guide me through how it works.

Once again, Jessie is a gem and a top class Sales Person. Her heart is good, and she is firm without being pushy and puts customers needs first.
